The Guardian's Path
A three-month programme of mentorship for men.
A disciplined partnership for the man who knows what he ought to be doing — as a husband, as a father, as a Jew — and is ready to become consistent.
An introduction
There is a particular kind of unravelling that overtakes a man who is otherwise successful. He keeps his commitments at work and loses them at home.
He learns seriously and then lets the learning slip for weeks at a time. He knows precisely what he ought to be doing — as a husband, as a father, as a Jew — and finds, with some bewilderment, that knowing has not made him consistent.
The Guardian’s Path was built for that man.
It draws on two decades spent guarding people who could not afford to be poorly guarded, and on a religious life built not from inheritance but from deliberate, considered choice. Both experiences teach the same lesson: that a life without structure is a life left exposed.
What follows is not a course of study, and it is not therapy. It is a disciplined, three-month partnership aimed at one outcome — a man who guards his own time, his own speech, his own household, and his own religious commitments, and who no longer needs to be told to do so.
Who this is for
Not a crisis. A quiet dissatisfaction — the sense of being capable of more consistency than you are living.
This is for you if
- You are an observant man, typically in your thirties to fifties, and religiously serious.
- You are established in career and family — and privately aware that something in your structure has come loose.
- You are building, or have recently built, a life in Israel — or are simply ready to live more deliberately where you are.
- You already have a genuine baseline of commitment.
This is not
- An introduction to observance.
- A course of study.
- Therapy — or a substitute for professional mental health care where that is what is needed. If that is where you are, that should come first.
The structure
Twelve weeks. Three phases. Each with a distinct purpose.
-
Weeks one to four
Foundation
The work begins with an honest accounting: where your day is governed by habit rather than intention, and where your time, attention, and religious obligations quietly leak away.
You finish withA fixed daily seder — tefillah, learning, work and family in their proper order, with the non-negotiable character of an operational routine.
-
Weeks five to eight
Formation
Each week pairs a short text — from Mesillat Yesharim, Pirkei Avot, or elsewhere, according to your background — with one trait of character: anger, speech, integrity in business, consistency under pressure.
You finish withFour weeks of text treated as instruction for the week ahead, not as material for reflection alone.
-
Weeks nine to twelve
Independence
Sessions move to a fortnightly rhythm as responsibility shifts deliberately onto you. You are expected to hold your own seder without prompting.
You finish withA short, written personal constitution — your structure, your commitments, your standard of accountability. It remains yours.
What is included
The details.
- Weekly sessions of sixty to seventy-five minutes in the earlier phases; fortnightly in the closing phase — in person or by video, as circumstances require.
- A private channel for brief accountability between sessions.
- A short text sent in advance of each session in Phase Two.
- One formal review at the six-week mark.
- A closing written constitution, prepared with you in the final session.
Your mentor
Ariel Levin
I spent two decades guarding people who could not afford to be poorly guarded. My religious life was not inherited; it was built, by deliberate and considered choice. Both taught me the same thing — that whatever is not given structure is left exposed.
I am a mentor. I am not a rav, and I am not a therapist — and where either is what you need, I will say so.
The investment
Three months of this kind of attention is not, and should not be, priced as a casual undertaking.
The Standard Programme
Twelve sessions across three months, with full accountability support and the closing constitution.
From £3,200
The Concierge Programme
As above, with in-person sessions where geography permits, a session including your spouse, and coordination with any ongoing relocation timeline through Levin Private Office.
From £6,000
The consultation. A forty-five-minute consultation precedes enrolment in either path, at a fee of £150 — credited in full against the programme should you proceed within a fortnight. The exact figure for your programme is settled there, according to scope.
Afterwards. Clients who complete the programme and wish to continue may retain monthly accountability, from £350 per month.
